Wow i have only been to this dispo twice and i have had great experince both time not only do they have amazing prices but they also have amazing customer service Bre was very great and vert outgoing and this second time not to sure what her name was but she was very welcoming

Angel is the best helper every time i come in in my lunch break he always knows how to crack up a joke and make she’s i’m always buying the best weed they got. i thank him so much every time i see him

I was happy to find they opened up this location. I have had nothing but positive visits. I am a med customer, the product has been good. There is a rec side as well: The employees are fantastic and I look forward to seeing them every week because they’re friendly, smiling and helpful. There’s never much of a wait like at the original location in Glendale which can be nightmarish. I would ask “new management” to not screw up the med side like many “new” ones do. Get more Sativa over there please. Did I mention the staff is great? 🙂

Incompetent staff at this Alameda location. I ordered a clone online. The price came out to $51 and some change after tax. I drove from Colorado Springs to Denver for this and they lost my order.Not only did they lose my order, but they charged me more for the clone than the online order. They would not honor the online price and said I must have ordered at the wrong location, which I made a point to double check and was able to confirm once I got back home.Not happy having to pay extra for something when I was already told a different price. The guy at the counter was clearly new, but the seasoned employee teaching him didn't seem to want to help or believe me. Won't ever be going back there. Customer comes second and are not to be trusted apparently.His main excuse was sometimes the orders go to the wrong place, but I'm still unsure why that is my fault and why I am the one paying more now for a mistake on their end.

I have been a member of the medical side of kind love for over 10 years. They used to have excellent bud and excellent customer service. The last few times I’ve been disappointed the weed is pure garbage, and the customer service is even worse. Since the weed started going downhill a few years ago, I started coming upstairs to the rec area because sometimes they had slightly better buds. They would always price match but the last few times they started acting funny about it even though I’m a medical patient who Needs it because of neuropathy, migraines and back pain among many other things they did not care and they refuse to price match. Even when their medical bud is worse than their recreational, which is honestly sad. The guy who said he was a manager tonight I think his name was Michael he was totally rude, I will never come here again. I told him he lost a customer who’s been coming for over 10 years and he didn’t seem to care they don’t care about their customers so I’m taking my money out elsewhere. Plus there’s much better bud and prices other places honestly, tired of trying to be loyal to accompany whose product and service has gone drastically Downhill. And honestly tonight I wanted to go to Life Flower (right up the street) which is where I’ve been going and what I highly recommend, But I was waiting till tomorrow because they have a really good deal On Wednesdays for REALLY GOOD HIGH THC buds, And they treat their clients with much more respect! Looks like I’ll get my bud tomorrow! Bye for good “kind” love.

I love this place! Natasha has helped me immensely on trying new and different ways to explore cannabis. She always gives great recommendations and instructions for new methods to me. Kind, friendly, informative, and such great conversation.

The name? KindLove. The game? Kind love. Amazing customer service, and that is king these days. Not only is customer service top-notch here, but the flower is pretty dang good too. Competitor with slightly better flower lost me as a customer forever to KL due to the quality of the customer service on both sides. In an age where the customer is just a dollar sign, being treated with respect and kindness seems strange. Have I mentioned how good the customer service is? Keep up the good work…please.
